    Please note - this form is for members who have had their double vaxxed Covid status recorded by U3A Benalla.  If your double vaxxed Covid status has not been sighted and added to your record by U3A, fill in the Membership Application/ Renewal Form and arrange to have it sighted and signed off by a Convenor or Committee Member before submitting.
    Online Membership Application/Renewal (EFT) is a two-stage process:

    1. Make your Electronic Funds (EFT) Payments:
      Annual Subscription $30 (plus $10 for the posted Newsletter if required)
      There is no charge for email delivery of the Newsletter
      Please make EFT Payment to Goulburn Murray Credit Union Cooperative (GMCU)
      Account Details: BSB: 803 078 Account: 137131
      Use ‘Your Name’ as the Reference (Surname First)
      Record your receipt number for your records.

    ​U3A Benalla complies with national and state U3A privacy regimes.  A copy of the Privacy Statement may be obtained from the Secretary or viewed on the web page, but members agree that their names, telephone numbers and email addresses may be circulated to other members.  Photos taken at U3A activities and functions may be used in U3A publications and media.
