At the 'First Monday' session in May we were acquainted with the work of Anita Laurence. With her partner Bill Young, Anita produces impressive works of Art. Linocuts. Townscapes and landscapes. She does the lino cuts - he does the printing. The work they produce has a wonderful whimsical quality to it.

Join us on Monday 1 June at 10 am when Albury-based artist, Karen Brown, will share information about her artistic journey, including her influences, processes and what excites her about drawing. Karen's work is inspired by the natural environment along the Murray River. Her highly detailed drawings encourage viewers to notice the fine textures and tiny details in everyday natural and man‑made objects.
