'Try Easy Bushwalking'
Bullawah Cultural Trail/Merriwa Park Wangaratta

This day is an opportunity for those Seniors who have never joined U3A to come along and try Easy Bushwalking to see if it interests you enough to join. Regulars are welcome too. Please contact the convenor beforehand if you intend to come along.
We meet at the carpark behind the U3A building at 9.15 am, to register and arrange car-pooling, before a 9.30 am start. Bring morning tea and lunch, as well as sturdy footwear, hat, water etc.

Mooropna - Gemill Swamp
Wednesday November 5
The Gemmill Swamp Walking Track is located within Gemmill Swamp Wildlife Reserve in
Mooroopna, Victoria, offering a 5 km round trip on tracks leading through significant
wetlands and Goulburn River floodplain red gum forest. The reserve is a high-value habitat
for various native birds and mammals and includes constructed wetlands for stormwater
treatment.
