Our meeting in February was, as usual, very enjoyable. Some people had their crocheting, some had their knitting, and the rest had their patchwork. We all enjoyed our usual gossip,and talked over possible projects for the next few weeks. Lorraine

Taught by experienced quilting teacher Heather Sloan, the Patchwork for Beginners course in 2019 covered the basics of patchwork and quilting whilst making a small panel. Participants proudly displayed their Christmas panels at the end of the course.
U3A Quilt
Inspired by the Patchwork group, showcasing the creativity of patchworker Heather Sloane and featuring contributions from various patchworkers' 'stashes' of materials, our eyecatching banner graces and enlivens the U3A Office at the Benalla Seniors and Community Centre. It is a wonderful conversation starter. Thank you so much Heather for developing such wonderful concepts in fabric for each of our groups!
